The room was top-notch, brand-new, with a huge bathroom, and we enjoyed a wonderful and reasonable meal in the morning as well as amazing food at the poolside bar.

It is a relaxing, beautiful, private place to stay or get married at like we did 4-year's ago. It is a place where coulple's tend to fall in love all over again and forget about all the stress back home. It is a true paradise to stay at Aruba Divi Phoenix Beach Resort!

Breakfast was wonderful and reasonable, I liked almost everything.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was comfy close enough to ONE HAPPY ISLAND and all restaurants and great beach attendants especially Ramon and Julio and the pier. I had an a nice size and well-kept room with huge bathroom. There was amazing bed, very very helpful and amazingly helpful staff with a smile and service outstanding: )

This hotel is located as the first one in the zone of "High Rise Hotels" meaning that this zone contains the high buildings, being this spectacular because you have a wonderful view of the nicest ocean I've ever seen. I reccommend it widely.

The price of the room made it worthy to stay, even though we did not get to use any of the resort's services since we could not get into our room until 4 pm, even though it seemed that most of our building was empty.

We were in Room 208 and found it run down and in need of repair. When we tried to explain some of the many maintainence issues to Housekeeping, it was communicated to us that they were well aware of the problems but the Maintenance Team was too busy to fix the problems. The Front Desk Staff was nice, but not overly helpful. The hotel is in a good location, but seems to have forgotten the "old" building and service needs improvement.

The rooms here are spacious, with a great balcony and free Wi-Fi, plus it's conveniently close to Queen Beatrix airport, just a short 15-minute drive away.

They way you have to deal with the inventory form the staff should tell about it or take the inventory with the guest for the mis understanding because there was no superviser when you needed

Fully equipped kitchen, full-size refrigerator, excellent maid service, walking distance to many restaurants, casinos, and shops, plenty of beach chairs and cabanas to enjoy without reservation or fee, lots of pools, well equipped workout area, deep whirlpool tub in the room.

Their front desk staff needs some serious lessons in customer service. The rocks on the beach served us better. The housekeeping staff helped us 10 times more when we needed something.

This place has a great location with coffee shops and restaurants nearby, a top-notch and impeccably clean room with a beautiful sunset view.
